Endless calls from loan company, blocked over 150 numbers

I keep getting calls from this loan advisor company. I get at least four calls every single day from them. I've blocked about a hundred numbers they've used to contact me, but it doesn't stop anything. They just call from a different number.

It's been going on for maybe six months now. It's non-stop and it's really starting to affect my life. I don't know what else to do. There has to be a way to fix this. I've blocked 159 numbers so far. I attached one screenshot of the blocked numbers, but that's just a small part of it.
