Getting constant calls about a loan offer I never asked for

I'm getting so many calls, sometimes up to twelve times a day. They all come from different phone numbers, but every single one leaves the exact same voicemail. It's always that "6664" number and then the message.

The voicemail says it's from the loan department and that I have a pending offer for $70,000 as an unsecured loan. It says my monthly payment would be about $400. I never applied for any loan from them. I don't know who they are or how they got my number.

They just keep calling and leaving this same recording. It's from a (845) 961-0784 number and they list an address in Ameria, NY. I haven't lost any money, but the calls won't stop. It's really frustrating.
