Got a weird loan approval text from a number I don't know

I got a text message from a number I don't recognize, (936) 505-5526. The person said she was Olivia from something called Loan review. She said I applied with them in the past for a personal loan and asked if I was still interested.

She said the loan was "just shy of approval" for about $68,000. The message told me to call 833-588-3789 or press one. It also said to ask for the underwriting team and mention my approval reference ID when I call back. I never applied for any loan with them. The whole thing felt off.
