Getting constant calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting calls about some loan I didn't apply for. When I press 1 to talk to someone, they just start asking me to verify my information. I tell them no and ask them to stop calling me and take me off their list. Then they just call from a different number. I get 2 or 3 of these calls every day. The recording at the start even says to press 9 to be added to their Do Not Call list, but it doesn't matter. They just call from another number anyway.
