Getting daily scam calls about a fake loan application

I keep getting calls from this number 470-619-9837. Someone named "Erika Smith" from Loan Services called and said I have an open application for a $31,000 loan that's almost done. She said everything looks good on her end.

It's a robo scammer. I get a call from them almost every single day, always for different amounts in the tens of thousands. I've been reporting every one to the FTC but they just keep coming. It doesn't stop.
