Got a text about a loan I never asked for

I got a text today from (844) 509-3323. It said it was from Loan Services. The message said they were reviewing my file and might be able to move forward with a personal loan. It told me to press 2 to speak with underwriting.

It said my loan request was reevaluated and they focus on income. They said they need to confirm I earn $3750 a month to secure approval. To stop future messages, press 9.

I never asked for a loan from them. I don't know how they got my number. It felt off, so I didn't press anything.
