Got a call about a directory bill I don't owe, they wanted money

I got a call from them saying it was a courtesy call before collections for a local directory. They told me I owed $1030. Then they said they could drop it to the original amount before the late fees. And then today they said if I e-transferred right now, they'd take an extra $850 off.

The number was 1(855) 266-6723. The email they gave was [email protected]. They gave an address in Calgary too. I don't owe any money for this. The whole thing felt off.
