Got a weird call about certified documents I never asked for

I got a call from someone saying they were location specialist carrie jones. She said she was calling again to notify me about the delivery of my certified documentation tomorrow. She said she’d be at my home address between 2 and 4pm. Then she said if she doesn’t get a signature at that time, she’ll submit these back to the filing party as direct refusal. She told me I could contact the filing party before her arrival at 833-498-4688. She ended by saying “i will be seeing you.” I never asked for any documents. The whole thing felt off. I don’t know who this filing party is or what documents she’s talking about.
