Repeated calls about a court case from someone named Locator Park

I keep getting calls from (612) 214-0078. It's a guy with a male sounding voice and he says he's from something called Locator Park. Says they are a legal service and there's a pending court action against me.

He calls over and over. I didn't lose any money or anything but it's annoying. I think it's some kind of phishing thing. He just keeps saying there's a court thing and I need to deal with it. No company name on the caller ID or anything just the number.
