Locksmith showed up late and charged me extra for an emergency I never asked for

I called these guys because I got locked out of my car. They told me a time and showed up 20 minutes late. I never told them it was an emergency but they still charged me $99 for an emergency call. On top of that they charged $202 just for the lockout itself.

The guy was on his phone the whole time. It took him 10 minutes to open the door and he couldn't even do it with the first tool he had to grab another one. I feel like I got overcharged for something that should have taken 2 minutes. I wanted at least the two $99 charges back.
