Hotel reservation canceled but no refund from Jason

I made a hotel reservation and had to cancel it. So I called the number 1-843-981-0445 and a guy named Jason answered. He told me I would get a voucher for it. I told him no, I want my credit card refunded. Then he said it has to be approved by the support team first.

This was on May 28, 2026. I did some research after that and found out it’s a scam. I lost 566 dollars and 96 cents.

I told them I would report this company. Nobody ever refunded me.
