Promised a credit voucher after changing my hotel date, never got it

I booked a hotel through Lodgingsupport for February 1st, 2026. Because of bad weather, I had to change it to the 15th at the same hotel. I notified both Lodgingsupport and the hotel itself. They promised me a credit voucher.

I never received the voucher. When I asked about it, they told me it was cancelled because the hotel listed me as a "No Show" for the first date. So I went and met with the hotel management. They said they never did that and had never even been contacted by Lodgingsupport.

I tried calling and contacting Lodgingsupport again after that and got nowhere. No replies, nothing. They just took my money. It was $129.24. This feels like a complete scam.
