Contacted about a work from home job that seems like a scam

I got contacted about a remote job for a "Parcel Auditor." They said it was part-time paying $4,200 a month plus bonuses for on-time package processing.
The whole hiring was just a phone interview. Then they sent me an "Employment Contract" from "Logistive Delivery LLC." It said my job was to get packages at my home, sort them, and reship them. The contract said pay could be delayed if packages weren't shipped before payroll.
They also wanted me to upload a selfie of me holding my ID and pictures of the front and back of it. The whole thing felt off. The email came from [email protected].
