TikTok ad led to a website that took my money

I saw an ad on TikTok and it took me to this website loliro.com. I placed an order and paid $34.43. The confirmation email said it was delivered but nothing ever showed up.

When I click the link in the email to check my order it just says the order doesn’t exist. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no one ever wrote back. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Also bought bag from TikTok and it never showed

As the other poster said, I ordered a bag from TikTok and it never showed up. The tracking showed delivered after about a month, but it was not. Loliro.com is the website affiliated with the order. I'm still in talks with them and am not asking for a refund. They said the following:

"To resolve this, we’re offering a free reshipment via expedited shipping. It should arrive within 7–15 business days. If you’d like this, please reply with “Yes, I agree with the reshipment.”； We’ll reship to your order’s default address, but if any part (e.g., state, city, ZIP, apartment) needs updating, let us know."

There is no way I'm going to agree to anything.

Bags from TikTok ad never showed up even though tracking said delivered

I found this website Loliro.com on TikTok for some bags. It seemed legit so I ordered one. They gave me a tracking number and everything. It took about a month to even show it was in the US. Then it said delivered but I never got anything.

I contacted the company through their email [email protected] and just got the run around. When I told them I was going to report them I never heard another word. Lost $40.80.
