Ordered from a Facebook ad and never got anything
I contacted customer service and they said they would ship the items again and it would take about 15 days. Again nothing showed up. So I contacted them again and they said they would issue a refund in 15-25 days. That was in June 2026.
I send emails every week asking for my refund and I keep getting the same 15-25 day wait. It is now September 2026 and I still have not gotten my refund. It was only $22.86 but its the principle.
Ordered Bogg bags and never got anything after two tries
Then they said they would reship and expedite it. I waited and that package never showed up either. When I emailed them again they only answered in Chinese. I’m out $84 and got nothing.
