Ordered hair bundles but no one answers my emails

I ordered virgin hair bundles from their website. It was supposed to be shipped but the order still says preparing. I emailed them twice at [email protected] but no response at all. There is no phone number to call either.

I spent $229 and I just want my order or my money back. They are in NY, USA but I don't even know if that's a real address. They just took my money and went silent.
