Ordered Braves decanter got cheap Crown Royal instead
I sent them pictures and everything trying to show them the mistake. They would not admit they sent the wrong thing. After going back and forth for a while they offered me $2 off a $41 order if I just kept what they sent. I said no I want to return it they refused to take it back.
Took two weeks to get the wrong product. Just a awful experience all around.
