Ordered from TikTok shop, item never arrived, website is gone

I was on the TikTok shop ordering some things for a friend. Everything looked fine when I placed the order. I got an order confirmation and a tracking number. They charged my credit card on December 25th, 2025. The merchant name was LOOKFESTIVE.

Shipping took forever. The tracking finally said it was delivered on January 25th, 2026, but my friend told me she never got anything. I tried to contact the shipping company and they told me to reach out to the place I bought it from. Now their website, fashaur.com, just shows it's unavailable. I sent an email asking for a photo as proof of delivery, but I haven't heard back. I'm going to have to dispute the charge on my card.
