Monthly charge I never signed up for keeps hitting my account

I don’t even know how this happened. I was looking at my bank statement and saw a charge for $9.99 every month from LootMogul. I never signed up for anything from them. I don’t remember visiting their site or buying anything.

I tried to figure out how my account got breached or whatever but there’s no email confirmation, no receipt, nothing. It’s just been hitting my card every month. I didn’t notice it at first because it’s only $9.99 but it adds up.

I just want it to stop. I don’t know who to call or where to start.
