Ordered a styler and got charged extra for attachments

I bought one styler for 49.95 and then they charged me another 39.95 for attachments I didn't want. There's supposed to be a 60 day money back guarantee so I contacted them right away to stop it and they wouldn't. The product is plastic junk. It can't even dry my hair.

I've been trying to get my money back since the beginning of May. I have at least 70 emails with them and they keep saying they're working on it. I feel like it was a bait and switch and they're just leading me along.

Now when I email them it comes back as undeliverable.

Ordered a 5 in 1 styler but only got part of it

I ordered the product thinking it was a 5 in 1 hair styler as it was advertised. Then I found out I had to purchase 3 of the 5 hair tools separately. I immediately tried to cancel and get a refund and they refused.

So I returned the product, and the whole time they kept trying to charge me $35 every day for 8 days. They said I had to cancel my "membership" which is something I never even signed up for. They finally stopped trying to charge me because I cancelled that card on shopify.

This was may 30th, 2026 and I am still emailing them to this day to get my $60 back.

Charged for something I didn’t buy after ordering

I bought something from lorahair.com, and then they charged me for a product I never ordered. I didn’t approve it or anything. I lost about $40 on this. The website is lorahair.com and their email is [email protected]. I don’t even know their real address, just says Dont Know, WY. It felt really weird. No one answered when I tried to ask about it.
