Ordered a custom painting, charged but order cancelled with no reply

I ordered a custom painting from lorispaint.com. I never even got an order number. They still charged my card for $65.

Then I got an email saying my order was cancelled. That didn't make any sense since the money was already taken. I tried emailing their customer support about it and got no response at all. Nothing.
