Got a scary text about a tax claim against me from LA County

I got this text message saying it's a final attempt to resolve something in their office. They said they're about to approve filing a claim against me out of Los Angeles County. To avoid an order against my assets, I had to contact them immediately at 520-675-1287. They repeated the number and said thank you.
It felt really off. I never got any notice before this and I don't have any tax issues with LA County. The whole thing was just a scary message out of nowhere asking me to call some number. I didn't call them and I didn't lose any money, but it was unsettling to get.
