Garage door company took $700 and never finished the job

I hired these guys to fix my garage door. They came out and the guy didn’t have a company shirt or name tag. No company name on his white pickup truck either. He was on the phone speaking a foreign language, sounded Eastern European.

They took $700 from me. Never finished the job. I tried calling the number on their website (833) 861-1213 and the email [email protected] doesn’t work right. The address they gave is 300 S Grand Ave in Los Angeles but I don’t know if that’s real.

Now my door is still broken and I’m out the money. No one picks up when I call.
