Ordered glasses and they won’t let me cancel or refund

I ordered glasses on 5/2/26 from LosReyes Apparel. They said they would ship on 5/20. I’ve contacted them a bunch of times asking to just cancel the order and they keep saying they can’t cancel orders “in cue.” Whatever that means.

They just refuse to give my money back. As of 6/18 the tracking status still says “waiting details.” I paid $53.90 and I want my money back. Their email is [email protected] and they’re based in Miami, FL.
