Ordered a dress on Instagram and now they keep sending fake tracking numbers

I saw this garment advertised on Instagram and clicked the ad and bought it. They sent me a tracking number saying it was traveling from France and it reached the US on 5/16. Then like ten days went by with no update so I emailed their support.

They gave me a new tracking number that said it was delivered but this one showed it came from China. Nothing was delivered. I asked them about it and they said check with the post office. The post office told me the tracking number wasn't even valid. So then they replied with a THIRD tracking number, this one coming from the US.

I've tried to go back to the website but I can't find it anymore or the Instagram account. But I'm still getting the same ads popping up for different Instagram accounts. I've asked for a refund multiple times and they just keep sending new tracking numbers. I lost $70.
