Got a text saying I won a lottery I never entered

I got a text message from (757) 894-5197 saying it's from Lottery Services. It says I'm the winner of $44.3 million from the Golden Lantern California State Lottery on August 19th, 2024. The person sending it says his name is Jerry Heath.

He says he's donating money to people he randomly picked and that I was "selected by God's Grace." The text tells me to contact an agent named Mr. Miller Jamison at +1 (224) 350-9709. They gave me a claimant code, FV101A, to text for confirmation and delivery of my winnings.

I never entered any lottery like this. It's just an unwanted message asking me to claim a prize. The whole thing feels off.
