Paid for lottery help, can't even log in, now they won't give my money back

I saw this advertised for better chances of winning the lottery. I purchased it with my credit card. They said to use my email for the username and the password 12345. I tried to sign in and I couldn't, after multiple attempts. It said money back guarantee if not satisfied. I was told to wait 30 days. I said I want my money back now and they have been giving me the run around.

The payment went through digitstore 24 and checkoutds24.com. I have lots of pictures of my purchase but was only able to load one. I will share more.

I am a cancer patient and I don't have money to give away. I just wanted to better my chances to leave my children something. I just want my money back period. They need to be stopped.
