Unauthorized charges from LottoCash on my credit card

I noticed two payments on my American Express card that I didn't make. They were both from LottoCash. The total came to $263.22.

I never bought anything from them. I don't even know what LottoCash is. I saw the address listed as 1201 N Orange St Ste 7223 in Wilmington, DE, but that doesn't help me.

This was an online purchase scam. The money just came out of my account. I need these charges taken off.
