Can't get my money out of this investment site, no one answers

I got a call from a guy talking about a stock investment company with really good returns. I put in money. Now my account says I have a profit of $7,889.00 in there. But I've been trying to withdraw my balance for weeks and the site just says it's "in processing." It's been stuck like that for four weeks now.

I tried calling their customer service number, (346) 766-0718. Since December 24th it just plays a message. The message says all the reps are busy with other customers and that they'll call me back. I've never gotten a call back. No one ever answers.

The contact email is [email protected] and they're supposedly in Kalispell, MT. I lost $3,015 to this. I can't access any of it.
