Ordered clothes on TikTok, never got them or my money back

I ordered some stuff on TikTok from a company called lovanimode. I got a couple pairs of pants and some other items. First they tried to give me some kind of discount deal. Then they tried to say they're going to reship my order that I never received. Lastly they tell me that they're going to refund me my money and I've never seen any of it. It was over twenty-six dollars. Nothing ever showed up.
