Paid for items from Love In Faith website, never got them or a refund

I placed an order on the Love In Faith website. They took my payment right away, $45. After not receiving my items I contacted them. They sent me tracking, but it was coming from China.

I sent them 21 messages from August 2024 to January 2025. I have all the correspondence. They kept promising to get me my order. Finally I asked for a refund and they promised that, too.

It never happened. No items, no refund. Nothing.
