Ordered jewelry a month ago and still no tracking number

I ordered from lovedenjewelry.com back in February. Paid $400. Their stuff looks like real designer pieces but way cheaper, like 80% off. I thought it was a good deal.

After a month I still didn't get a shipping label or anything. I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a refund and they just ignored me. Then I emailed again and they said it already shipped but wouldn't give me a tracking number. That didn't make sense.

Their phone number is 1(425) 568-5455 but nobody picks up. I think they just take designs from real jewelers and copy them. I never got my money back and I never got the product.
