Ordered from their website and never got my item

I placed an order on the website lovergiftsco.com. The money came out of my account, it was fifty cents. But the product never showed up. I tried emailing their help address, [email protected], to ask about it. No one ever wrote back. It's pretty clear this was just a scam.
