Ordered something in May and it still hasn't shipped

I ordered an item from their website in early May. It's been about two and a half months and it still hasn't shipped. I kept emailing them and they finally said it would ship by the end of June. That came and went and nothing.

I've asked for a refund a few times now and they just never reply back. I'm out $64.00 and I don't know what else to do. Their email is [email protected] and the site is still up.
