Ordered from lovexxo.com but my package was sent to a different state

I placed an order with lovexxo.com, using my address in Alabama. But then the package got shipped to Houston, Texas instead. I emailed them at [email protected], and someone from [email protected] wrote back. They said they saw there was an issue, but just told me to contact USPS.

USPS couldn't find the order because my address wasn't even on the package. I've sent several emails back and forth about this. Now they are refusing to give me a refund, and they won't even resend the product. There's no other way to contact them—no phone number. I looked it up and their listed address in Broomfield, CO is just a rented building.
