Ordered Wrangler items from an ad, never got my package

I saw an ad on ****** for Wrangler stuff at a big discount. I clicked and it went to a site called Lovvowear. I ordered some purses, bags, wallets, and sweatshirts at the end of December. By January 5th, nothing had come, so I contacted customer service. We went back and forth the whole month. They kept saying it was in transit and sent me tracking links to a website that looked weird.

In February, the tracking said delivered, but I never got anything. I contacted them again. They said it was delivered but they'd send a replacement. They said they would only refund 60% of my money. I googled them and found other people on ****** who got scammed. Same exact thing happened to them. I paid over $93.
