Text saying I won money then asked me to call a number

I got a message saying I won $500 and to call this number 855-657-5368. So I called it.

They asked me to pay some fees first before I could get the prize. I ended up sending $500. I never got any money back.

The number I called was 855-657-5368 and they also had a website lowes.com and were supposedly in Texas. I feel stupid for falling for it but it seemed real at the time.
