Chairs from third party seller never showed up

I ordered 4 chairs from a third party business on lowes.com. The items didn't arrive on time and I couldn't view any tracking information at all. When I called lowes customer service they told me my chairs were delivered to an address in Minnesota. That's not my address. Lowes referred me to my bank to file a claim for a refund. I'm out $400 and still don't have the chairs.

Text saying I won money then asked me to call a number

I got a message saying I won $500 and to call this number 855-657-5368. So I called it.

They asked me to pay some fees first before I could get the prize. I ended up sending $500. I never got any money back.

The number I called was 855-657-5368 and they also had a website lowes.com and were supposedly in Texas. I feel stupid for falling for it but it seemed real at the time.
