Got a weird voicemail about a loan I never asked for

I got a voicemail from someone named Lucia. She said it was about a personal line of credit. The message said I had inquired before about a loan or consolidation, which I never did.

She said some things changed this year with underwriting and that she's the credit analyst working on my approval for $67,000. That felt off right away. I never applied for anything.

The message told me to press 1 or call back to move forward. The number she gave was 855-909-0886. I don't know who this is or how they got my number. I didn't lose any money but it's just a strange call about a loan I never asked for.
