Ordered a dress from boutique closing out and got something totally different

I bought a dress from Lucy and Lilly Boutique, they said they were in South Carolina and it was 2 sisters closing out their business so prices were reduced. When the package came there was no Lucy and Lilly name anywhere, no label in the dress, no return info. The dress was nothing like what I ordered. I am a small and it was twice my size. Totally different style, cheap fabric, bad stitching.

I called my credit card company to dispute and they had it listed as WHOP Lucy Lilly – some kind of school educational service. Said it was in Newark Delaware but when I tracked the delivery it came from China. I looked to see if there was a boutique in South Carolina with that name, there is not. I have the dress they sent and also a picture of what I thought I was getting, not sure where to upload that one but I can. Thank you for your time.

Ordered clothes from Lucy and Lilly and got cheap knockoffs instead

I ordered from Lucy and Lilly boutique online and what showed up was nothing like the pictures. The stuff was cheap and clearly fake, not what they described at all. I paid $110 for this.

I emailed them at [email protected] and they said they would only refund 10% and I could keep the junk. Or they said I could ship it back but it would cost a lot. So either way I lose. No real help at all.
