Bought a dress from Facebook ad and it was terrible quality

I bought a dress from this company using my credit card. The dress I got was really poor fabric quality and just poorly made. Totally different from the nice photos they showed on Facebook.

I tried to return it because it didn't fit right and I followed their directions. But they told me I could only get store credit, which they never said when I bought it. Then they said I could get a different size but I had to keep the bad dress too. What a scam. I lost $64.95 on this.
