Ordered clothes online and now they won’t refund my money
That was over a month ago. I’ve emailed them a bunch of times and nothing happens. They have this automated reply that sounds nice at first but then nothing gets done. They open these “tickets” for resolution and then a day later you get a personal email asking for patience. I finally told them I was going to report them to Ecautious.com and they just stopped answering me. Still no refund.
