Ordered clothes online and now they won’t refund my money
I bought a piece of clothing from Lucy & Lilly online. Right after I did it I looked up reviews and got nervous so I cancelled. They responded pretty quick and tried to get me to keep the item by offering a small discount. I said no I want to cancel. They told me I’d get a refund in 7 to 10 days.
That was over a month ago. I’ve emailed them a bunch of times and nothing happens. They have this automated reply that sounds nice at first but then nothing gets done. They open these “tickets” for resolution and then a day later you get a personal email asking for patience. I finally told them I was going to report them to ScamPulse.com and they just stopped answering me. Still no refund.
