Bought an outfit from lucylilly.com and it was nothing like the picture

I ordered an outfit from lucylilly.com and it was a total waste of money. The website says they’re in Asheville, NC but the package shipped from China. When it got here the pants had this extra panel down the crotch area that wasn’t in the picture at all, made them unwearable. The top looked like a polyester basketball scrimmage jersey from middle school.

I tried to get a refund a few times. They said I’d have to send it back to China on my own dime even though their website says they pay for return shipping on damaged or wrong items. Then they offered me 20% back to just keep it which is ridiculous. Also there’s no place for real customers to leave a review so all the reviews on there are fake. I lost $70.
