Online dress purchase from a store that was not where it said it was
The dress I got was poor quality, did not fit, and did not look like what was online. I told them I wanted my money back several times. Instead they just kept offering me credit for more crappy clothing. They offered 3x to reduce the price instead of just refunding me.
They finally said I would have to pay the shipping back to China which is more than the dress itself. Then they sent me a label I could not even access to send the item back. I lost $54.95 and got nothing but a runaround.
Bought an outfit from lucylilly.com and it was nothing like the picture
I tried to get a refund a few times. They said I’d have to send it back to China on my own dime even though their website says they pay for return shipping on damaged or wrong items. Then they offered me 20% back to just keep it which is ridiculous. Also there’s no place for real customers to leave a review so all the reviews on there are fake. I lost $70.
