Bought a top and tried to cancel but now I think it's a scam

I ordered a top from this site and then read their cancellation policy. It says you have 12 hours to cancel. I reached out within 2 hours to cancel. Then I checked my credit card statement and the merchant name was something like Rhaji S- Hertford, CT. That tipped me off something was wrong.

The address on their site is just a residential home. No phone number anywhere. The business isn't accredited anywhere. When I called my bank they said the charge is actually a recurring charge. So now I'm trying to make sure they can't keep charging my card. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
