Ordered name brand items that never showed up and no refund

I ordered from Lulivra.com on June 9th. Their website says they sell name brand stuff and it gets delivered in 2-3 business days. That was a lie. The items never came.

So I asked for a refund. First they emailed saying they would give me 20% back. I said no. Then they said 50%. I said no. Then 70%. I said no. Finally they agreed to 100% refund to my original payment in 25 days. That was weeks ago. Still nothing. No items, no money. It is July 13th now and I am still dealing with this. Total scam.
