Ordered four dresses but got wrong items and no refund

I ordered 4 dresses from LULUSVIP for $388.00. The confirmation email came from [email protected] and the reply to address was [email protected]. I know that looks like a typo but that's how it was spelled. I got two items in the mail but they weren't the dresses I ordered. The other two items never showed up.

I tried to return everything. The company replied from [email protected] this time spelled right. They offered me 30% off and said I didn't need to send anything back. I told them I just want my money back. Then they said I have to mail the items back first and they will inspect them and decide if they'll give me a refund. The charge on my bank statement says BAL ADJ/SP GRAISMARY PAD ILLA D.
