Harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. I never applied for any loan with them, not ever. They call me non-stop, even after I tell them to stop calling. They are very aggressive and rude when they call.

It's been going on for weeks now and I'm losing my mind. I think they got my number from some shady website, maybe from when I tried to buy something from Lulutox.com. I lost over $116 on that site and now this. The calls just won't stop.
