Pink love seat never arrived after a month of delivery updates
I bought a pink love seat from a company called Lumen. The tracking has been stuck on "delivery" for over a month now. They keep sending me updates with different excuses why it hasn't showed up.
It never came. I had to report it as fraud through my bank. No other money has been taken so far, but I'm out the 38 dollars for the seat.

I got scammed by a company called Lumen. I paid them 29.95 for a package and it never got delivered. I keep getting the runaround from them, they just won't give me a straight answer.
I bought from their site, I think it was on Tic Tok shop or something. They had an email too, [email protected], and some phone number 1(845) 380-3195. Address said NY, USA. I never got anything from them. Do not purchase anything from this site. I paid and never received a thing.

Ordered carports on TikTok and got charged twice
I ordered 2 12x20 carports off of TikTok through a company called Lumen. At $39 each I should have known better but I wasn't expecting a $2500 carport either. It did feel sketchy so I put the money on a gift card and screen shot the email.
They contacted me but it was bs AND they somehow charged my credit card too! They had to put that back. Beware! If it's to good to be... Ah, you know the rest.

Bought a touch screen TV from Lumen and it never showed up
I ordered a touch screen TV from Lumen and paid for it. It was supposed to be delivered to my house. But it never came. I waited and waited and nothing showed up. No tracking number or anything.
I tried to look into it but there’s no real way to contact anyone. The website is still up but I don’t think they’re actually selling anything real. I’m out the money and just have nothing to show for it.
It’s been a while now and I still don’t have the TV. I don’t know what else to do.

Ordered a blue cloud 9 couch and got nothing
I ordered a cloud 9 boneless couch from their website www.lumen.com. You could pick your color so I chose blue. It was supposed to be the one with the too large seats and then a cheese lounge part.
I paid $17.98 for it. Never got anything. No couch, no tracking, nothing. I emailed them at [email protected] and no reply. Just feels like they took my money and that was it.

Ordered a couch in May and still nothing after weeks of lies
I ordered a couch on May 2, 2026 from this company. They kept telling me it was attempted to be delivered like multiple times. But here it is June 16, 2026 and I still haven't gotten anything.
The only way to contact them is through email at [email protected] and they don't respond back. I'm out $25.97 and no couch. The address they have is in PA, USA but I don't even know if that's real.

Paid for a treadmill on TikTok and never got it
I saw this treadmill on TikTok and it was from Lumen so I bought it. I paid $47.58 for it and I never got anything. No tracking number or nothing.
I tried emailing the address they gave me which is [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. It's been a few weeks now and I just want my money back or the treadmill. Feels like I got scammed.

Ordered pots and pans in May and still waiting with no answers
I made a purchase on May 8th for some pots and pans. Now I'm just getting the runaround for my order. It's still stuck in customs and I still can't get a hold of Lumen for an answer.
PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS SITE!!! It's a scam and they will take your money and not send you your order. Lumen takes your money and doesn't deliver your product. Don't lose your money people.

Ordered couch sets and fabric but got nothing after paying
I made an order for cloth and a $9.99 couch set. I got two of them, one black set and one beige set. I paid $1.50 total but nothing ever showed up.
The phone number they gave was (307) 374-8329 and the email is [email protected]. The address just says Charlestown. I tried contacting them but no reply.
It just felt strange from the start. I never got my stuff and no company name on anything really.

Got scammed on marketplace for a furniture deal that never came
I was on marketplace looking for a piece of furniture and they came up and gave me a good deal. I never heard of them but they took my money. I never got my furniture. The phone number they gave was (918) 654-9877 and the website was lumen. They had an address too 1212 6th Ave NE Apt.19, Ardmore, OK 73401. Also an email [email protected]. I lost 625 dollars on this. Just wanted the furniture and got nothing.

Ordered a tablet and speaker from a TikTok ad, never got them
I saw an ad on TikTok for Lumen and ordered a portable tablet on wheels. Then I got a record-shaped bluetooth speaker too. I placed the orders on March 15th.
I got an email from [email protected] the next day saying my order was received. Then on April 3rd, another email said it arrived at the delivery warehouse. The email said delivery would take 4 to 7 business days.
It's now April 6th and I haven't received either item. Nothing showed up. I lost $75.88 on this.
