Ordered a cat tree and got nothing but fake tracking excuses

I ordered a cat tree from Lumen on April 15, 2026. Order # R8NCCUR. I emailed them when I didn't see any shipment and they gave me a tracking number with a long list of updates. When it got close to delivery time they posted lots of excuses including that they had attempted delivery. Since when don't they leave packages at the address?

Then they tried to say it was delivered. I asked for some kind of proof and never got a reply. So now I'm out the money and the cat tree. I don't think they were ever going to send me anything. I think the whole thing is a scam.
