I tried to get in touch but got nowhere with it. The site is still up like nothing happened. I just want my money back at this point.
Introductory greenhouse offer that never showed up
I never got anything. No tracking, no package, nothing. I emailed [email protected] a couple times but got no reply. The website is still up but I don't know if anyone is actually running it.
Just wasted my time on this. I didn't lose any money but still feels like a scam.
Ordered a couch online and still nothing after months of excuses
Since late March I keep getting notices saying "attempted delivery" with all kinds of reasons. No one was home. Truck broke down. Needed an access code. Loaded on the wrong truck. Truck was misrouted. Even said it was delivered to a neighbor.
First time I contacted support they said it was a real order and it would show up soon. Now they just ignore me when I ask for a follow-up. Their website is lumenpick.com and email is [email protected]. Lost 17.98 dollars.
Ordered from a TikTok ad, then they took an extra $69.99 from my card
Today I saw they stole $69.99 from my credit card. I never authorized that charge. I already reported it to fraud and had to replace my whole credit card.
