Ordered a handheld from a TikTok ad, never got tracking or the item

I saw an ad on TikTok for a handheld and ordered it for $37. It took me to a website called Lumenpick to finish the order. I paid the $37.99 but I never got any confirmation email or tracking information. Nothing ever showed up.

I’ve tried emailing their support at [email protected] a few times. Every time I just get an automated reply from someone named James. It doesn’t seem legit at all. I never got my item and I’m out the money.
